Terry Myers
Managing Partner, CEO
Terry has more than forty years of international business experience. He previously served in marketing leadership positions during the hyper growth of Dell, Compaq, and most recently Advanced Micro Devices.
In 2004 the family founded a regional tax service in Texas that they built to over 4,500 clients before selling the business in 2014. His long held private consulting practice has provided marketing consulting for numerous organizations including NASA, Ernst &Young, British Petroleum, and Hewlett Packard.
Terry holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), and an Associate of Applied Science (AAS) in Real Estate. He has held Real Estate licenses in Michigan and Texas.
Susan Vrazel-Myers
President, and CFO
Susan has more than thirty years of financial business experience. She was a key contributor to the success of the Myers’ regional tax service, managing daily operations, personnel, and client tax engagements. She continues to provide complex tax services for a core subset of long-term customers, along with bookkeeping services for a growing group of small business customers. Prior to the tax business Susan managed spot overnight investment placements for a large Houston based energy firm.
She is now focused on driving the financial success of Audentes Capital Group, with oversight and management responsibility for all company properties, as well as tax and bookkeeping services.
